Synthetic alkyd resin based, last coat bright paint.
PROPERTIES:
High gloss capacity and durable, This is a product at a good price offering, does not turn yellow. Easy to apply with a brush, does not constitu track on the surface. Good stickness to the surface, can be wiped. It is resistant to oil based products, athmospherical conditions and spattening influence of some chemicals.
APPLICATION AREAS:
Internal-External wooden or metallic parts of buildings, It is used for painting the following areas: all internal-external facades of buidings, old or new wooden and steal surfaces, maritime, road vehicles, machines. The application needs a suitable primer for these surfaces.
APPLICATION METHOD:
Dirt, grease, old loose or flaking materials must be removed from the surface. The surface should contain a maximum humidity of 8%. Rusted areas must be applied with Axurust. For wooden areas, you must clean the surface by burning the knots and cleaning the resins with a cellulosic thinner. Fill the surface with Axuwood afterwards. 6 hours later, use Axuastar Synthetic as a next coat in order to complete the undercoating. If necessary, you can use Axuputty Hydraulic to fill up the surface and wait until it is dried. Level the surface with a sand paper and remove dust. Ready to use by brush and roller and dilute with 5-10% (by volume) of Axuthinner Synthetic and 15% in case of spray gun. 2 coats are necessary for a good result (1 day between coats for drying).

STORAGE LIFE:
Keep it away from direct sunshine and in a cool area between +5ºC and +30ºC. The life-time of the product is one year at room temperature if stored in the recommended storage conditions and in unopened original packing
FLASH POINT:
40ºC (21ºC – 50ºC, contains unmixable with water, flammable steam liquids)
