Styrene acrylic copolimer, flexible coating equipment adhesive.
PROPERTIES
İt is used for adhesive internal and external wall that creates strong bond between paint and the floor.It is flexible and fine grain adhesive.
APPLICATION AREAS
It is used for bonding mesh reinforcement , felt and weaving.
APPLICATION METHOD
Dirt , grease, dust peeling substances or old paint must be removed from the surface .You can repair the Facade by using axuputty acrylic.Before the adhesive application surface must be primed. Thus Absorbency of the substrade is removed. For the first coat is not necessary diluting .For second coat dilute the volume by %10 water.
Axufilex adhesive is applied to the roll and brush the surface.Before the drying mesh material applicate the surface and then adhered the surface with brush and roll.Surface finishing is done before the drying. 5 cm overlap should be made on the splice.After drying second coat adhesive applicate on the surface. You can apply flexible coating after second coat adhesive application. Certainly , putty should not applied on top of the flexible adhesive.
DRYING TIME
(25°C / %65 current humidity) Total drying 24 hours.
CONSUMPTION
Depending on the structure of the surface.
