DESCRIPTION:
Urethane alkyd based, single component gloss varnish.
PROPERTIES:
Brightness, elastic, strong against atmospherical devastations (rain, sea, sun…), . It is very easy to apply and dries quickly so never turn into yellow colour.
APPLICATION AREAS:
It is successfully used on the wooden surface of boats and ships, wooden furniture, lambri, door and window frames as decorative and protective varnish.
APPLICATION METHOD:
Guarantee success by preparing clean and solid surface, therefore, dirt, grease, old loose or flaking materials must be removed. Prior to application, remove all addesive resins by using a cellulosic thinner and fill up the surface with Axuwood for an optimum protection of bare wood. Dilute with 10% (by volume) of Axuthinner Synthetic and apply it 2-3 coats with a spray gun, brush or roller. Do not forget to wait 6 hours for drying and use sandpaper to have a perfect surface.
DRYING TIME:
(20ºC – 65% current humidity) depending on the wooden surface absorbance Touching drying: 30-60 min Dust drying: 2-3 hours Hard drying: 24 hours
CONSUMPTION (1 layer):
17-20 m²/1 lt Depending on the surface absorbance
FLASH POINT:
35ºC (Between 21ºC – 50ºC, contains unmixable with water, flammable steam liquids)
STORAGE LIFE:
Keep it away from direct sunshine and in a cool area between +5ºC and +30ºC. The life-time of the product is one year at room temperature if stored in the recommended storage conditions and in unopened original packing

R20/21/22- Harmful when swallowed, by inhalation and in contact with the skin
SECURITY INSTRUCTIONS:
S2- Keep out of reach of children.
S3/7/9- Keep tightly closed at a cool and well ventilated place.
S16- Keep away from flammable sources. No Smoking.
S24/25- Harmful in touch with eyes and skin.
S51- Use only in well ventilated areas.
