DESCRIPTION:
Epoxy resin based, reaction curing, anticorrosive primer.
PROPERTIES:
It is used all kind of wooden, concrete, mineral surfaces inplants and industrial facilities before last coating. Especially which is reguired chemical resistance, influence of the low acid, sea water, natural and minerals oil and against corrosive on bridges and metallic surfaces. Thanks to internal structure inculuding zincphospate and anticorrosive components which has perfect antirust and anticorrosive effects on the metallic surfaces.
APPLICATION:
Dirt, grease, old loose or flaking metarial must be removed and ensured dry surface. For the best result, it is recommended that epoxy filler are applied on surfaces. Main material (A component ) is mixed with hardener (B component) by 7/1 ratio (weight). Depend on the surface absorbant without thinning or dilute axuepoxy thinner by volume %15–20, apply two coats with brush or roller. It should be waited 24 hours each layers, for minumum two coats.
DRYING TIME:
(20°C – 55% Current humudity) pot life 6 hours, touching 15–20 minutes, dust drying 2–3 hours and curring time 24 hours.
COVERAGE AREA (One Layer):
Approximately 50–60 mic dry film thickener depending on the surface one layer 150-160g/m²
STORAGE:
Keep it away from direct sunshine and in cool area between +5°C and + 30°C. The life time of the product is one year after date of production if stored in the recommended storage conditions and unopened original packing.

R2- It is harmful if its swallow.
S2- Keep out of reach of children
S24/25- Harmful in touch with eyes and skin
S46- If swallowed, seek medical advice.
